Mimi has always been deeply passionate about food. After a life full of adventure and travel and a career in fashion, media and television, she settled down in Paris with Oddur, her Icelandic photographer husband.

 

After years in Paris they looked for a bigger place to live, and found one... in Médoc.

 

For the past four years she has done a lot of cooking while living with their children and 14 amazing dogs. Her blog "Manger" led to her coobook called "A kitchen in France", now available on Amazon.
